At this point, you can either gently bend the corners toward the flame and continue burning, allowing them to melt into the wax pool, or carefully snap them off and keep the wax for later use.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDon’t blow your candle out. Instead, gently dip the wick into the wax pool to extinguish the flame, then stand it upright again.
