How to Use
Apply a small amount of Vrindavan Certified Organic Castor Oil to the flannelette side of the wrap.
Place over the desired external area (commonly the abdomen or liver area) and secure comfortably.
For a relaxing experience, many people choose to rest quietly during use and may place a warm compress or hot water bottle over the wrap if desired.
Recommended use time: 30–60 minutes as part of a personal self-care routine.
